Barb lives on a beautiful lake in southern Michigan; grow flowers and organic vegetables in the summer. She uses all natural products for health and homecare.

Her first experience with energy work was in 1996, while visiting her daughter in Hawaii.  This experience changed her life! In 1999, she was introduced to Healing Touch and immediately signed up for Healing Touch Classes in Michigan. Barb has also studied Healing Touch for Animals, Reiki, Aromatherapy/Essential Oils, and Ear Candling.

Barb has a private practice in Grass Lake, MI. She is a member of Healing Touch International (HTI), Lakewood, CO, a member and past officer on the Board of the Healing Touch Center in Farmington Hills, MI. Barb volunteers at the Healing Touch Center, the Great Lakes Center for Healing Touch, Ann Arbor, MI and for Passages Cancer Retreat (women surviving cancer) in Jackson, MI.

Healing Touch is her passion, and she is dedicated to share this very heart-centered work with family, friends, and the community at large.

Barb teaches classes in Introduction to Healing Touch Pain Management/Self   Care, Healing Touch - Level 1, Level 2, and Introduction to Aromatherapy/Essential Oils. She coordinates classes for Healing Touch Levels 3, 4, and 5. In addition to teaching in Michigan, these classes have taken her to Hawaii, Iowa, Minnesota, and Nebraska. Barb enjoys traveling for her classes. 

When the opportunity presents itself, she teaches her young grand-children. It has been her experience,responding quickly using the techniques on any kind of injury; pain is less and healing is enhanced
